Dr. Don Allen, Jr. PhD

The mission of Allen Ministry Resources focuses on two major themes. One, to equip men to serve faithfully as a disciple of Christ in their family, church, and community. Second, provide resources in various areas that build the Body of Christ.

Rev. Don Allen, Jr., Ph.D., founded the predecessor to AMR, Through Him Ministries, in 2002, which eventually gave way to Grace Church of the Valley School of Ministry and Don Allen Jr. Ministries. Regardless of the name, the heart of the mission remained the same: provide resources to men’s ministry leaders, pastors, and Bible colleges around the world.

Don has served over the past 45 years in various roles within the church as Pastor, Associate/Teaching Pastor, Children’s Pastor, Chaplain, and as Adjunct Professor/Mentor with Logos University. However, the role that Rev. Allen finds his greatest reward is in men’s ministry, encouraging and challenging men in their walk with Christ.

Don and his son Ethan have shared the passion and purpose of equipping Men to be Kingdom Workers with resources to expand their ministry and bring them closer to Jesus. We are beyond excited to be able to offer resources to ministers all over the world in the hope that God will be glorified and His kingdom will be expanded.

We are excited to report as of March 1, 2025, we have provided resources to over 600 ministries in 95 countries.

Locally, Dr. Allen is available to help provide:

• Consulting with Pastors and Men’s Leaders on effectively building a Men’s ministry within your local church.
• Men’s events within the local church, such as speaking at Men’s breakfasts, retreats, and conferences.
• Provide Breakout sessions and be a keynote speaker at men's conferences and conventions.
• Pulpit supply
• Provide Suicide Prevention training (Dr. Allen is a certified Gatekeeper instructor with QPR).
